POSITION SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Manager plays a key role in interacting with potential and existing dealers and distributors through email, phone, and our CRM platform.
The role will work closely with both our in-house Wave Armor territory sales representatives and our RTT contract representatives to enter, process and manage sales orders, credit memos, co-op and freight quoting. Excellent communication with team members is critical across department lines to ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First point of contact to support dealers and distributors.
• Implementation of sales objectives, policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Build reports/dashboards in CRM to support territory sales initiatives.
• Manage, track, record Co-op spending
- Responsible for pricing updates in IQMS, Order Writer, Pricing Tier documents.
- Plan tradeshow layouts, book amenities, coordinate logistics and attend as needed by brand.
- Ensure all account goals are entered into IQMS and CRM annually.
- Freight quoting as needed through the Truck Builder platform for customers as requested.
- Assist marketing initiatives to roll out to dealer network.
- Customer focused, ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Travel: Approximately 5% of time in market, may require evening or weekend travel for trade shows and dealer events.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Five years' experience in sales B2B with a solid track record of achievement.
- BS/BA degree in marketing, business management or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of the marine industry preferred.
SOFT SKILLS/ ABILITIES:
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other computer programs necessary to perform job.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM platform.
