Training Coordinator

* How many years of training/coordinating/facilitating experience do you have?

* Do you live in close proximity to Maple Lake MN?

This position is a facilitating type of position to make sure all training is completed. Identifying training needs, mapping out development plans, designing, developing, coordinating all training programs.

* This is a working on the production floor position - 80% on the floor, 20% in the office. Does that work for you? Please explain.

* Are you mechanically inclined and familiar with working with tools such as routers, drills, etc? Please explain. This position will require working on the production floor, training employees on trimming, plastics molding, warehouse duties, etc.

* The hours for this position are approximately 2 PM to 12 PM Midnight, Monday through Thursday. Does that work for you?
